Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and minimum 1+ years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A healthcare professional licensed as an LPN or LVN is required to provide dedicated one-on-one nursing care in an educational setting. This contract position involves working closely with a student who requires specialized medical support, including diabetic care and feeding management.

Location : St. Charles, IL

Responsibilities :

• Deliver personalized nursing care to a student requiring 1 : 1 support
• Administer approximately eight G-tube feedings daily
• Perform blood glucose monitoring using Blue Loop technology
• Manage insulin administration and carbohydrate counting to maintain optimal diabetic control
• Collaborate with educational and healthcare staff to ensure the student's health needs are met during school hours
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing interventions and observations
