Tower Technician

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in St. Louis MO for a Tower Technician. The Tower Technician will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing telecommunication towers and related equipment. Daily tasks include climbing towers troubleshooting systems using hand tools and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The role also entails performing inspections collaborating with team members and supporting wireless network deployments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Hand Tools and the ability to use them effectively and safely
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair of telecommunication equipment
• Effective Communication skills to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Knowledge of Wireless Networking and its deployment processes
• Ability to work at heights and comply with safety standards
• Relevant certifications (e.g. OSHA 10 RF Awareness) are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent with additional technical education preferred
