Position Overview :

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Bronx, New York . The ideal candidate will have a strong surgical background and proficiency with Epic EMR in an acute care setting.

This is a day shift position with 12-hour shifts and guaranteed 37.5 hours per week .

Assignment Details :

Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025

Length : 13 weeks

Shift : Days – 12-hour shifts

Schedule : Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (3-4-5 schedule)

Guaranteed Hours : 37.5 hours per week

Care Setting : Acute

Requirements :

Active NY RN License (Required)

BLS and ACLS (Required)

Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience

Epic EMR proficiency (Required)

BSN not required

Charting System :

Epic Systems Corporation – EpicCare Inpatient (EMR)

Responsibilities :

Circulate and / or scrub for a variety of surgical procedures

Ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout the perioperative process

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs

Maintain sterile field and ensure proper surgical documentation

Participate in pre-op and post-op care coordination

Preferred Experience :

Proficiency in multiple surgical specialties (Ortho, General, GYN, ENT, etc.)

Strong knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques
