Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide healthcare services in Long Term Care Facilities.

• Review patient records and practices biweekly with a collaborating physician.
• Deliver healthcare, administer, dispense, and prescribe medications as delegated.
• Provide after-hours urgent care coverage on a rotational basis.
• Participate in performance improvement and healthcare planning.
• Practice evidence-based medicine using electronic health records for documentation, ordering tests, and signing off on results.
• Follow policies for abnormal tests and ensure timely documentation.
• Must have graduate education from an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program and Missouri licensure.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and clinical skills are essential.
