Position Overview : The CNC Mill Programmer will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs for milling and lathe operations. This role involves interpreting blueprints, ensuring precise machining, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance production efficiency through lean manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for milling and lathe operations using Mastercam 5 axis programming and PartMaker .
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and GD&T specifications to create accurate machining plans.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, making adjustments as necessary to maintain precision and quality.
• Perform inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and CMM equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining or programming issues; perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Maintain documentation of programming changes, setups, and operations to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications :

Must Have's : Partmaker, Mastercam 5 axis programming, People located around Memphis area.
