Responsible for end-to-end delivery management for a key client in Michigan. Owns delivery governance, execution quality, financial performance, and client stakeholder management across all active programs and workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary delivery leader for the client, ensuring successful execution of all engagements from initiation to closure.
• Own delivery governance, including scope management, timelines, milestones, and quality assurance.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, resource planning, and profitability for the portfolio.
• Lead distributed teams (onsite, nearshore, offshore) and ensure alignment on delivery objectives.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests with a structured and proactive approach.
• Build strong relationships with client executives and functional stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for account growth in collaboration with the account and sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with organizational delivery methodologies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee talent management : onboarding, coaching, performance, and succession planning for delivery teams.
• Provide periodic status reports, dashboards, and executive-level communication.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and delivery automation where applicable.
