  • Case Mix : General family medicine

  • General family medicine care
  • Newborn rounding

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses : Active IN license (or ability to obtain)
  • Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, BLS preferred
  • Experience : Open to new grads; support for practice development
  • Other Qualifications : Comfortable in outpatient setting with EMR use (EPIC)

    • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care
  • Manage patient visits per day
  • Participate in newborn rounding and call rotation (1 : 5)
  • Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive, collegial environment
  • Contribute to an expanding healthcare system with strong community ties
