Length : 13 weeks

Weekend Requirement : every 3rd weekendHolidays : minor holidays, major only if needed

Requirements :

CA license

1 year experience working OT

Must have experience with Oasis (gov't mandated form)

BLS

Home setting experience is preferred but not required
