Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Tier 3 Application Support Specialist to join an innovative and dependable company located in New Castle, Delaware .

Responsibilities of the Tier 3 Application Support Specialist :

• Interact with clients to assess the scope and impact of technical challenges.
• Research and analyze the functions of a wide variety of refinery applications, including dependencies on other systems.
• Perform detailed log analysis and troubleshooting of application-hardware interactions.
• Engage vendor support for unresolved technical issues.
• Own troubleshooting processes from start to resolution, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Document resolution procedures for both company and client knowledge bases.
• Assist with provisioning, deployment, upgrading, and migration of application software.
