Senior Director Of Finance
We are looking for an experienced Senior Director of Finance to lead and oversee financial operations within our client's organization in Waianae, Hawaii. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker who can manage budgeting, reporting, and cash flow processes while driving financial efficiency and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities for the Senior Director of Finance :
- Develop and oversee the annual budget process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Manage month-end and year-end financial close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports.
- Streamline and improve budget processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor and forecast cash flow to maintain financial stability and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards in financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor four departments, including the accounting and finance teams, to achieve high performance and foster growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support organizational initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and implement strategies to maximize resources.
- Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to improve reporting and data analysis capabilities.
Requirements :
A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the healthcare or related industries.Proven expertise in managing annual budgets and financial forecasting.Strong knowledge of month-end close processes and financial reporting standards.Demonstrated ability to improve and manage budget processes effectively.Solid experience in monitoring and forecasting cash flow.Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing teams.Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with an ability to analyze and present data effectively.Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred.To further discuss this opportunity, contact Erica Huggins.
