Telemetry Registered Nurse - Full Time, Nights

As a Step Down or Telemetry Registered Nurse at Crozer Health, you will provide high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care by coordinating patient care, and working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families. You must respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Your day can vary from patient assessments of adults recovering from cardio surgery or other cardiac problems, identifying physiologic changes, physical assessments and providing appropriate nursing care.
