Position Overview :

Were seeking a refined, compassionate, and highly motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing wellness team. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping patients transform their health and appearance while providing a concierge-level experience in a modern, upscale environment.

This is an opportunity to practice medicine in a setting that celebrates wellness as a lifestyle, not just a treatment.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct new client consultations, wellness assessments, and follow-ups.

Develop and manage personalized hormone therapy and medically assisted weight loss treatment plans.

Prescribe and oversee therapies including testosterone, estrogen, thyroid optimization, peptides, semaglutide, and tirzepatide.

Educate clients on nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle optimization.

Monitor treatment outcomes and ensure exceptional patient satisfaction.

Maintain detailed, compliant documentation in EMR systems.

Represent the 4Ever Young brand with professionalism, warmth, and care.

Administering IV Vitamin Therapy to patients.

Responsible for new membership sign-ups, retention outreach and win-back initiatives to maintain a strong and loyal member base.

Qualifications :

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Florida.

Prior experience in hormone therapy, weight management, functional medicine, or aesthetics preferred.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional, polished presence with a passion for luxury wellness and patient experience.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
