Job descriptionPaid time off starts day 1! (120 hours / year = 3 weeks of vacation!) Health insurance full medical, dental & vision (after 30 days) Tuition reimbursement Drive, deliver, and get packages to customers fast, professionally and safely! Must be able to drive and work in all weather conditions Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Work independently and manage your time. Follow GPS routes & company procedures. Accuracy and safety come first! 21+ years old with a valid driver's license (3 years driving experience preferred) Hardworking, motivated, and reliable. Time-management skills Team players Delivery or commercial driving experience is a plus (but NOT required!) Fast-track your career get promoted to Lead Driver, Dispatcher, or Ops Manager! Grow into higher roles multi-station growth = more opportunities! Own your own business top associates can become business owners in 2-3 years! Logistics certifications get DOT-certified for future step-van positions!
