Summary of Role :

We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to help build and scale our Test & Measurement Automation capabilities. As our product development engagements in cutting-edge industries deepen, we are structuring our teams to streamline ownership and delivery. You will take the helm of the newly formed Test and Measurement Automation group, a pivotal role responsible for delivering world-class automated testing solutions for a significant portfolio of client projects.

This is a unique opportunity to build a dedicated function from the ground up, shape its strategic direction, and directly influence our competitive advantage through both organic and inorganic growth.

Position Overview :

As the Test & Measurement Automation Lead, you will have complete ownership of all test and measurement automation projects, from initial planning and requirements definition through final implementation and ongoing maintenance. You will lead a dedicated team, fostering a strong systems engineering discipline. A key to success will be your ability to foster deep collaboration with our Hardware Product Development (HW PD) team to ensure comprehensive test coverage for all new products. You will be the primary driver behind the team's technical excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic expansion.

Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership & Growth :

Spearhead the inorganic growth of the Test Automation group by defining acquisition criteria, identifying potential targets with complementary expertise, conducting thorough due diligence, and developing clear post-acquisition integration plans.

Build and lead the Test and Measurement Automation group, serving as the appointed Test Automation Lead.

Take full ownership of test automation projects, leading them from conception to completion.

Work closely with the HW PD team to define testing requirements for all hardware products.

For a Washington-State-based role, the base salary hiring range for this position is $140,000 to $165,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
