We are looking for an Associate Brand Manager to join a dynamic team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will support the development and execution of brand strategies, marketing plans, and product initiatives for a portfolio of well-loved snack brands. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while leveraging consumer insights and market data to drive business growth.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the creation and implementation of brand strategies and marketing plans to enhance product visibility and consumer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to manage product launches, packaging updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and inform strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to develop effective retail materials and in-store execution plans.
- Support the planning and execution of advertising, digital media, and social campaigns to maximize brand reach.
- Monitor marketing budgets, process invoices, and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, ensuring project milestones are met and communication is streamlined.
- Track and evaluate promotional performance, providing actionable recommendations to improve future initiatives.
- Maintain consistency in branding across all materials, channels, and consumer touchpoints.
- Prepare and present performance reports and dashboards to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the food, beverage, or consumer goods industry.
- Proficiency in analyzing syndicated data such as Nielsen, Circana, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools are a plus.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for building and growing brands.
