Neurology Physician

StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $266.75 - $288.75

This facility is seeking a Neurology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm

Practice Setting : Neurology clinic, Level 2 Trauma Center

Type of cases and required procedures : Radiologic Exam Interpretation (Unofficial), EMG (Electromyogram), Botulinum Toxin Administration (Botox)

Credentialing timeframe : 60+

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) : EPIC

Certifications required : Basic Life Support (BLS)

Licensure required : Active state license
