Full-Time RN - Neonatal ICU (Days)

Salary Range : $72,072.00 - $74,229.26

We are excited to invite applications for a full-time Registered Nurse (36 hours / week / nights) position in the Neonatal ICU. New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders and administer medications with precision.
• Start IVs and perform essential treatments and diagnostic tests, ensuring thorough documentation as dictated by policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patient conditions.
• Continuously assess and evaluate patients' needs and responses to care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment for patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered by physicians.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop tailored Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide ancillary personnel and uphold high standards of professional nursing practice.
