Pennsylvania Licensed Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Employment Services).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee a team of supported employment specialists providing job coaching and support

Develop individualized plans and goals for participants in the supported employment program

Coordinate with employers to identify suitable job opportunities for individuals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in managing employment services or similar programs

Knowledge of supported employment practices and regulations

Ability to develop individualized plans for program participants

Familiarity with billing processes and compliance standards

ACRE certification or willingness to obtain it
