- Lead the development and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for commercial construction projects.

Collaborate with preconstruction teams to create detailed 3D models, clash detection reports, and constructability analyses.\n
Support project managers by providing VDC insights during preconstruction to optimize budgets, schedules, and designs.\n
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of VDC processes.\n
Oversee model-based quantity takeoffs and cost estimating to enhance project accuracy.\n
Train and mentor project teams on VDC tools and workflows to improve efficiency.\n
Maintain and update VDC standards, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry best practices.\n \n

Minimum 5 years of experience in VDC or BIM management for commercial construction projects.\n
Proven experience with Revit, Sketchup, Lumio, Rhino, CM Builder, Photoshop, Navisworks, and Revizto\n
Strong understanding of preconstruction processes, including cost estimating and constructability reviews.\n
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse project stakeholders.\n
Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.\n \n
