Virtual Data Entry Associate

As a Virtual Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data across various platforms and databases. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our data is up-to-date, organized, and accessible. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities :

Input, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases accurately and efficiently.

Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.

Conduct regular data audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy.

Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval and reporting.

Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.

Respond to data inquiries and assist in data reporting as needed.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Stay updated on company policies and procedures related to data management.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related field is a plus.

Proven experience in data entry or a similar role preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with various data entry software and tools.

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

The pay range for this role is :

30 - 35 USD per hour(Remote (Maricopa, Arizona, US))
