Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Reliability Engineer to develop and manage predictive maintenance programs, ensuring equipment availability and optimal cost. This role requires you to foster a reliability culture within the team, investigate new technologies for asset performance improvement, and utilize data analysis to identify and address potential problems.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment availability.
• Create and manage a life cycle strategy to ensure equipment availability at optimal cost.
• Develop the capability of self and team through training to foster a reliability culture.
• Investigate, learn, and implement new or existing technologies to improve asset performance.
• Utilize data analysis and customer feedback to identify potential problems and develop countermeasures to reduce impact on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale, and Environmental (SQCDME) factors.
• Facilitate cross-functional team analysis activities to identify criticality, failure modes, and root causes to improve and sustain asset reliability.
• Review equipment downtime reporting data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate and communicate equipment activities with internal / external departments to understand change points and adopt best practices to improve equipment reliability.
• Confirm spare parts accuracy and availability to achieve Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) targets.
• Support equipment specification design and acceptance to improve MTTR and MTBF characteristics.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00 / hr.
