Job Summary :

Join our team as a Pharmacy Operations Manager, where you will provide exceptional consulting services to patients about medication usage and safety. In this role, you will deliver preventive health services including immunizations and diagnostic testing while ensuring that medications are accurately compounded, reviewed, and dispensed. You will enhance pharmacy workflow, improve financial outcomes, and elevate the patient experience by engaging effectively with pharmacy staff and patients alike.

Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Engagement : Greet and assist patients, resolve issues promptly, and promote a positive experience by anticipating needs and offering tailored services.
• Operational Excellence : Perform pharmacist duties such as compounding and ensuring compliance with regulations through accurate dispensing of medications. You will also manage pharmacy operations, including inventory and workflow.
• Collaboration : Work closely with store and healthcare managers to identify new business opportunities and improve patient service offerings.
• Staff Management : Oversee pharmacy staff performance through effective training, coaching, and performance management to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
• Continuous Learning : Stay updated with pharmacy knowledge and ensure compliance with all necessary licensing and certification requirements.
• Community Outreach : Foster relationships with local healthcare providers to promote pharmacy services and support community health initiatives.
