The Customer Service Manager will lead a team responsible for managing daily communication with our customers and internal operations. This position ensures orders, shipments, and inventory updates flow accurately between systems and teams. You’ll act as the bridge between customers, warehouse operations, transportation, and billing—resolving issues, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring we deliver on every commitment. This leader is also responsible for ensuring that all billing is completed timely and accurately, supporting financial integrity and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor a customer service team supporting multiple warehouse and transload accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
  • Oversee customer onboarding, order management, and data accuracy within WMS / TMS systems.
  • Coordinate daily with warehouse, dispatch, and billing teams to maintain smooth operations.
  • Analyze trends in service performance, identify process gaps, and implement improvements.
  • Prepare and present KPIs and service reports to management and customers.
  • Foster a customer-first culture built on responsiveness, accountability, and communication.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of customer service experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation.
  • 2+ years of team leadership or management experience.
  • Strong understanding of 3PL workflows—transload, order fulfillment, and distribution.
  • Working knowledge of WMS / TMS systems
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel and data analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
