CareCore at Lima is seeking a dedicated and dependable Dietary Aide to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring our residents receive nutritious and delicious meals in a safe and welcoming environment.

Job Responsibilities :

As a Dietary Aide, your duties will include :

Preparing and serving meals in accordance with residents’ dietary needs and preferences.

Following menus and recipes while adhering to portion control and food safety standards.

Assisting with food prep, meal plating, and serving in a timely and professional manner.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining, and food storage areas.

Washing dishes, utensils, and cookware, and ensuring sanitation standards are met.

Communicating with staff to accommodate special dietary requirements or food allergies.

Assisting in inventory management and stocking supplies as needed.
