Radiation Therapist - Brockton, MA

Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot radiation therapy equipment and related technology with precision and safety.
• Utilize Radiation Oncology Information Systems, including ARIA, EPIC, Align RT, and GE Discover, to coordinate and document patient treatments.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, patients, and families to convey treatment plans and address concerns.
• Manage sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and interruptions while maintaining focus on patient-centered care.
• Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient treatment delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience and technical proficiency in radiation therapy equipment and procedures.
• Knowledge of Radiation Oncology Information Systems and hospital integration software.
• Excellent organizational and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under stress and during challenging situations.
• Interpersonal skills suitable for empathizing with patients undergoing physical and emotional stress.
