• Description : ENT Specialists of Northwest Ohio at Blanchard Valley Hospital a top-ranked Newsweek World’s Best Hospital 2025 is seeking a full-time board-certified Otolaryngologist to join their supportive autonomous and flexible practice serving a thriving independent community health system in Northwest Ohio.Job Description : The Otolaryngologist will : Provide comprehensive full-service ENT care to a wide referral base with little competitionManage an average patient load of 20-30 patients per day in clinicPerform surgeries in one of three OR locations including Blanchard Valley Hospital Bluffton Hospital and Findlay Surgery CenterUtilize advanced technology including four da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots with da Vinci® Table MotionCollaborate with onsite comprehensive audiology team and medical / surgical subspecialties e.g. Allergy Endocrinology NeurosurgeryParticipate in a care team model with advanced practice providers and hospitalist support for inpatient managementTake backup call only while APPs cover primary callsContribute to a collegial flexible work culture with leadership that values work-life balance and physician wellnessHave input into practice patterns schedules and patient volumesAccess Mayo Clinic eConsults eBoards AskMayoExpert and Grand RoundsOptionally teach medical students and advanced practice traineesNot open to visa candidatesNot accepting Locums providersCompensation and Benefits : Base salary range : 515000 to 800000 annually continuing beyond first contract term plus wRVU bonus etcBonuses include : sign-on bonus stipend relocation assistance productivity bonus and other incentivesLoan repayment support with flexible stipend options monthly quarterly or annual during or following trainingCME stipend providedFull-time employment with not-for-profit 501c3 employerRobust medical and surgical specialty support advanced practice providers to share callFlexible schedule and emphasis on wellness mental health and work-life balanceAccess to cutting-edge surgical technology and comprehensive hospital resourcesLeadership and administration dedicated to physician support and autonomy
