Qualifications :
- Certified by the state as a nurse aide
- List on the state aide registry with a clear record able to deliver care to patients
- 18 years of age unless state law dictates otherwise
- Valid drivers license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements
HOURS : Monday-Friday 7AM-3 : 30PM - NO WEEKENDS - NO HOLIDAYS
LOCATION : Hoffman Estates, IL.
