Spray Foam Insulation Sales Representatives

Veterans Insulation & Coatings is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to help grow our spray foam insulation business. This role focuses on generating new leads, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The Sales Representative will be responsible for measuring job sites, preparing accurate proposals, and guiding customers through the process from first contact to project completion. This is a performance-driven position with 10% commission, In addition, for every two years of service—with a minimum of 12 jobs sold per year—you will earn a 3% ownership stake in the company.
