Our Danbury, CT office is hiring a Senior Manager of Electrical Engineering. In this role, you will lead a team of electrical engineering managers, as well as electrical, firmware, and test engineers, across a diverse range of programs. You will ensure technical and professional excellence, deliver results on time and within budget, and foster the continuous growth and development of the team.

U.S. Citizenship required. This position may require an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
The expected salary range for this position in Connecticut is $164,077 to $254,728. Should the level, location, or scope of the position change during the hiring process, the pay scale may be modified accordingly. When extending an offer of employment, Leonardo DRS considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the position; Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates; the candidate's relevant work experience, education and training, certifications, and key skills; internal equity; and market and business considerations.
