Managing Director Needed | $175,000-$250,000+

We are a rapidly growing, innovation-driven company in the Animal Health & Nutrition sector with an ambitious 5-year plan to significantly scale our U.S. and international operations. Our mission is to improve animal well-being and productivity through advanced nutritional solutions, and we are seeking a proven leader to help drive our next phase of growth. We are seeking a Managing Director with a strong commercial and operational background to take full ownership of our Animal Health & Nutrition business. Reporting directly to the executive board, this role will hold full P&L responsibility and oversee a team of approximately 50 employees across sales, operations, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Full P&L Ownership : Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the business unit.
• Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute commercial, operational, and organizational strategies to drive sustainable growth.
• Team Management : Lead and develop a high-performing team across sales, operations, and administrative functions.
• Global Commercialization : Drive expansion efforts, including market entry and product launches in international territories.
• ERP Implementation : Oversee the successful selection, rollout, and adoption of a scalable ERP system.
• Sales & Company Goals : Align team efforts with company‑wide sales objectives and performance targets.
• Culture Building : Foster a results‑oriented, collaborative, and innovative culture that attracts and retains top talent.
