Process Automation & Innovation Analyst

Overview

Senior Process Automation & Innovation Analyst — IntePros is partnering with an innovation-focused team and is looking for a seasoned Process Automation & Innovation Analyst to uncover high-impact automation opportunities across organizational processes. You’ll work at the intersection of people, process, and technology—leveraging Six Sigma expertise, process modeling, and tool proficiency to transform workflow and operational efficiency in a residential-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Discovery & Automation Strategy

Analyze cross-functional processes (HR, operations, finance, etc.) to identify automation and optimization opportunities.

Build and maintain process maps and operational models using tools like Microsoft Visio or equivalent diagramming software.

Apply Lean Six Sigma methodology (Black Belt preferred) to guide project execution—facilitating Kaizen events, driving metrics, and ensuring sustainable improvement outcomes.

Attend onsite sessions a minimum of three days per week to work closely with business teams, understand operational nuances, and facilitate change in-person.
