Job description

One of our clients, a major electronics manufacturer is looking for a talented Supply Chain Coordinator Permanent position with excellent compensation package and benefits.

4–7 years of experience in an administrative assistant or coordinator role, supporting executives, senior staff, and / or a large department.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Infor XA) a plus.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams) Experience in calendar management and travel coordination, including the ability to develop detailed itineraries, schedules, and briefing materials.

Attention to detail to maintain accurate data, dashboards, KPIs, documentation, and other records.

Familiarity with project management principles to support tracking projects and initiatives preferred.

Ability to assist in planning and coordinating department events, meetings, onboarding / offboarding, and team activities is a plus.

Responsibilities : Perform administrative tasks to support smooth operations of the supply chain department.

Maintain databases and documentation related to supply chain projects, suppliers, and departmental SOPs.

Assist with documenting and implementing supply chain process improvements.

Facilitate communication across global supply chain teams and follow up on outstanding deliverables.

Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic / international travel, including developing detailed itineraries, schedules, and briefing materials.

Assist in tracking supply chain KPIs and preparing dashboards, scorecards, and reports.

Support cross-functional initiatives involving sourcing, planning, logistics, supplier quality, and NPI.

Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.

Support vendor onboarding documentation, compliance questionnaires, and supplier quality requirements.

Associate Degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain or related field preferred
