About the Role
As a Family Nurse Practitioner , you’ll bring your clinical expertise to a patient-centered environment where authentic relationships come first. You’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver comprehensive, compassionate care for patients across all stages of life.
What You’ll Do
Own patient care : Conduct exams, collect medical histories, and evaluate conditions to make informed diagnoses and treatment decisions.
Collaborate with physicians : Prescribe therapy or medications under physician oversight and coordinate holistic care plans.
Lead diagnostics : Administer and interpret tests (labs, x-rays, EKGs) to identify underlying health concerns.
Provide holistic care : Guide patients in wellness, family planning, preventative care, and lifestyle improvement.
Perform procedures : Deliver essential procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and immunizations.
Supervise and coordinate : Support medical assistants and clinical staff to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
Requirements What You’ll Bring
2–5 years of experience in Primary Care and / or Pediatrics (required)
Active FNP licensure (required)
Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field
Strong clinical judgment, patient-centered approach, and growth mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Passion for building long-term patient relationships and improving community health
