PART TIME - REMOTE - CONTRACT - PREFERRED LOCATION : LOS ANGELES
Summary :
Provide consulting support in planning, managing, and optimizing workforce and resource needs to ensure effective organizational performance and long-term sustainability.
Key Duties :
Develop and implement succession planning strategies for workforce transitions.
Conduct resource planning to align staffing, skills, and capacity with organizational needs.
Analyze current organizational structures and recommend efficiency improvements.
Support change management and workforce optimization initiatives.
Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
Minimum Requirements :
3+ years’ experience in succession planning.
3+ years’ experience in resource planning.
Preferred Skills :
Background in human capital management or organizational development.
Knowledge of workforce planning tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and HR teams.
