St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a Radiology Compliance Coordinator . Under the direction of the Director of Radiology and Assistant Director of Radiology, the incumbent will plan, coordinate, and implement compliance reviews of documentation and charge capture / charge reconciliation activities for the Radiology Department.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with radiologists and staff to obtain clarifications or missing information.
• Monitor coding-related claim edits and denials; correct and resubmit as needed.
• Collaborate with billing teams to reduce AR days and improve clean claim rates.
• Review bulletins and monitor publications for coding and billing updates; provide appropriate summaries, analyses, and reports on issues.
• Provide ongoing education to technologists.
• Serve as a liaison between the Radiology Department, Revenue Compliance, and Health Information Management.
