Job descriptionTroubleshoot, repair, and install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, A / Cs, ductless mini splits) Perform preventive maintenance and complete service documentation Educate customers on service options, upgrades, and long-term solutions Maintain company vehicle, tools, parts inventory, and safety gear Represent the company with professionalism and excellent communication 2+ years experience as an HVAC Technician EPA Universal Certification (Required) Valid WA drivers license with a clean driving record Great communication and sales skills (commissions available) Able to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in crawl spaces Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full-time $30-45 / HR + Commission (Potential $80-$150k+) PTO + Paid Holidays + Sick Days Dental + Health insurance + 401k after the probation period Company vehicle, gas card, phone, tablet, uniform Career advancement to management roles
