Job Duties : Coordinate and track sales orders, shipments, and inventory records to ensure timely deliveries. Communicate with suppliers and customers to support purchasing, order processing, and fulfillment activities. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking products as needed. Prepare and maintain sales and operations reports for internal review. Assist with basic marketing and promotional activities to support sales goals. Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, and product information. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high customer service standards and resolve any basic operational issues. Perform administrative support tasks related to sales and operations.
Special Requirements : High School diploma - 3 years of experience in a retail, sales, or operations-related role.
