Pay : $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Note

Must be a licensed Physician Assistant (or license-eligible) in Texas. Must be willing to see pediatric patients; ideally from birth, but candidates comfortable with ages 45 and up will be considered.

Job Description

Provide outpatient primary care services in a family medicine setting

See patients ranging from pediatrics through adults (depending on comfort and experience)

Manage an average daily patient volume appropriate for PA scope and clinic workflow

Utilize extensive in-house capabilities including labs, imaging, allergy testing, injections, hormone therapy, and dietitian support

Deliver patient-centered care aligned with clinic values and protocols

Document accurately and maintain compliant, organized medical records

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to support excellent patient outcomes

Participate in patient education, screening, wellness initiatives, and clinic growth efforts

Qualifications

Current or eligible Texas PA license

Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program

Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently with physician support

Compassionate communication and a patient-first mindset

Comfortable seeing children (preferably birth and up, or ages 45 and older)
