About the Role

Ark is hiring a Digital Bioprocess Lead who bridges science and customer success. This role combines deep upstream bioprocess expertise with a passion for digital innovation and scientific engagement.

You will play a hybrid role : primarily working directly with customers to onboard and support them, while also shaping how biopharma scientists use Ark's software and ensuring their feedback informs our product roadmap. Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding & success – Partner with scientists to understand their bioprocess workflows, onboard them into Ark's platform, and ensure long-term adoption and impact.
• Apply upstream bioprocess expertise – Leverage deep scientific knowledge to translate customer needs into effective digital simulation solutions.
• Bridge science and digital tools – Guide customers in adopting computational approaches that enhance bioprocess research, development, and production.
• Enable partner engagement – Collaborate with the business team to engage new and existing partners, demonstrate the power of Ark's platform, and ensure successful outcomes.
• Be the voice of the customer – Capture feedback and share insights with Ark's product and modeling teams to shape future development.
