We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Infrastructure Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders. This role requires proficiency in construction management software and a solid background in blueprint reading and project coordination.
- Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera for project tracking and reporting.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are aligned with project milestones.
- Review schematics and blueprints to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety standards are upheld.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting future costs.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status for stakeholders, highlighting any risks or delays.
- Facilitate communication among team members to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
- Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction management software; experience with ProCore, Primavera, Civil 3D, Bluebeam is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
