What Your Day Looks Like : Your day is filled with completing online generated inquires requesting electrical estimates for home EV charger installations. Some inquiries have customer supplied EV chargers, while most are supplied by SCA inside the estimate. You'll be working directly with our home sales team and our Certified Partners (subcontractors) in the field located inside our service territories all across the nation, i.e. the top 50 EV friendly cities across America, so different territories will yield different nuances related to pricing, etc. all of which are pre-recorded and annually rEVised for the most accurate up-to-date pricing catalogs, all taken into account within our processes and pricing. You’ll answer emails, chats, texts and / or phone calls from CPs, management and our internal sales team while using your electrical estimating knowledge base to ensure that our customers are getting the right products and right pricing for their estimates. You’ll interact inside our CRM in coordination with our sales team to provide the customer with a customized estimate tailored to the parameters of their home layout and electrical infrastructure setup. You will be required to provide the best customer service around not only to our internal team, but also our network of CPs. The bar is set for you to complete at least 60 estimates per day, which is very possible given our digital file and response formats created over the years to expedite the entire processes.

What You’ll Need to Succeed : The ideal Home EV charger estimator will have 5 years of B2C electrical experience, preferably licensed and prEVious residential electrical estimating experience within a small to moderately-sized electrical contracting company. Multi-tasking and keeping organized will be critical for your success. You’ll be proficient in Google Workspace applications in addition to Procore and : Copper CRM, as well as have experience with Mac computers. Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing, the ability to sit for long periods, and a problem-solving attitude will set you apart from other candidates. Have management experience?
