A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician (Evening Shift) to provide operational support services for the Department of Homeland Security.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote computer support and manage IT incidents and requests
Create and maintain support tickets, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of service-related issues
Respond to IT-related inquiries and escalate complex issues to higher support tiers as necessary
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Must possess or be able to complete Department of Homeland Security Public Trust Investigation (Tier 1)
Experience in providing Tier I basic troubleshooting support
Knowledge of ITIL and familiarity with support ticketing systems
Ability to maintain a professional and courteous attitude in customer service interactions
