Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated UX Designer to join our growing design team. This role provides an opportunity to work under the guidance of senior UX designers and engineers to assist in designing, prototyping, and testing user-centric digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging user interfaces while enhancing your skills in UX methodologies, research, and design systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and testing user experiences for web and software applications under the supervision of senior designers.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to understand customer needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups that align with business goals and user expectations.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Apply fundamental UX design principles , including information architecture, usability heuristics, and interaction design.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and iterative refinements based on feedback and analytics.
• Communicate design concepts effectively within the team, participate in discussions, and incorporate diverse perspectives.
• Exhibit self-leadership , including adaptability, attention to detail, initiative, and continuous learning.
