Family Physician - Southwest Practice Highlights

• Desirable Practice Setting :

Join an established outpatient Family Medicine practice with a robust referral network and Epic EMR for seamless care coordination.

Enjoy a flexible 4-day workweek option, Monday–Friday, with no call, nights, or weekends, offering 36 hours of patient care and 4 hours of administrative time weekly.

Collaborate with a dedicated team of 6+ physicians and NPs, supported by scribes and a collegial environment focused on patient-centered care.

Work in a well-equipped outpatient clinic with 2 exam rooms per physician, serving a diverse patient panel of 16–18 patients daily in a growing community hub.

Compensation and Benefits

Eligible for NHSC, PSLF, and NM Health Professional Loan Repayment programs

Includes health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance (available day one), 401k with employer match, and 35 days of PTO (vacation, sick, holidays, CME).

$3,000 annual CME allowance with dedicated CME days, plus licensure and dues reimbursement.
