Job descriptionBusiness Requirements Gathering : 5+ years Software Development Project Support : 5+ years Facilitating Meetings & Communication : 5+ years Liaison Between Dev & Business Teams : 2+ years MS Office : 3+ years Azure DevOps (User Stories, Queries) : 1+ year Grant Management System Experience (Federal / State / Local) Familiarity with SDLC (Agile / Waterfall) Wireframing Tools (e.g., Figma) Project Management Experience SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate
Position Overview :
This is a Senior Business Analyst role supporting the Grants Management System (NexSys), which manages 100+ grant applications totaling over $2 billion in educational funding.
Main Responsibilities :
- Lead requirement sessions and documentation
- Manage backlogs and tickets in Azure DevOps
- Track project progress and timelines
- Support change management and compliance
- Communicate with auditors and stakeholders
- Maintain documentation and reports
- Lead and guide other BAs
