Job descriptionComprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Variety of route type options including OTR, & Dedicated Variety of driving options including Dry Van and Refrigerated Opportunities for Solo and Team drivers State-of-the-art, late-model tractors and trailers equipped with APUs or Idle Smart Experienced Drivers (3+ years) : Earn an extra 5 CPM Rising Stars ( Weekly miles & home time vary by location) Must have a valid CDL-A Must have at least 6 months of experience Minimum age of 21 Must have a valid CDL-A At least 1 year of experience preferred; 6 months minimum required Prior refrigerated experience in the last 36 months preferred Minimum age of 21 Earn 57 - 65 CPM Earn $1,254 - $1,625 per week Average 2,200 - 2,500 miles per week Veterans earn an additional 1 CPM Earn 60 - 66 CPM \n\t \n\t\t Earn $1,320 - $1,650 per week Average 2,200 - 2,500 miles per week Earnings are based on experience & weekly mileage) Weekly miles & home times vary by location) Onboarding bonus 401(k), and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Weekly direct deposit payroll settlements No forced dispatch to NYC Transflo telematics and app All equipment is 2021 or newer Stop pay (excluding first and last pick up / drop off) Orientation pay with transportation, motel (single), and meal coverage Pet and rider program available STEP ONE : Submit the form to request info STEP TWO : Finish our employment app (provided after form submission) STEP THREE : J&R Schugel will review and give you a call

Our routes span the length of I-35, stretching East into the Midwest, down to Texas, and extending to portions of the Northeast and Southeast, served by multiple terminals in strategic locations.
