A Quality Assurance Technician for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Ventura, CA area. The Expertise Calibration Associate is a detail-oriented, quality assurance professional who supports the development of evaluation standards, ensures compliance, assesses risks, and facilitates audits to maintain quality across various processes.

• Supports the development and refinement of evaluation standards, ensures compliance at every stage of the process, and takes responsibility for quality control across various domains (e.g., lab studies, clinical research, production).
• Assesses potential risks and provides recommendations to ensure compliance.
• Facilitates audits and regulatory inspections.
• Helps calibrate and align subject-matter expertise across different teams.
