Dispatcher Operations

Hourly Range: $22$24 per hour (based on experience)

This role supports daily operations by coordinating drivers, routes, and service schedules. As a Dispatcher, you will play a key role in keeping routes on track, drivers informed, and customers serviced efficiently.

Dispatchers are central to daily service execution. Your ability to manage routes, communicate clearly, and respond to changing conditions directly impacts service reliability.

Dispatch and coordinate drivers throughout the day

Manage route schedules and assignments

Track route completion and driver status

Communicate service changes and issues

Support operations in a fast-paced environment

Experience in dispatch, logistics, or service operations

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Ability to work under time-sensitive conditions

Comfortable using multiple systems and tools

Bilingual English / Spanish preferred

Hourly pay

Schedule based on operational needs

Overtime may be required
