Job descriptionManagement and Treatment of : Bartter's Syndrome, Fabry Disease, Fanconi Syndrome, Hemolytic-uremic Syndrome, Hepatorenal Syndrome, Renal Transplant EEG Reads at Reading Hospital - Required Procedures : Hemodialysis - Required, Percutaneous Renal Biopsy, Peritoneal Dialysis (acute / chronic), Needle biopsy of the kidney Call Type : Beeper Practice Setting : Outpatient, Inpatient EMR : Epic Support Staff : 1 RN, 3 MA's, 1 PA / NP, 1 Office Staff Patient Encounters Per Shift : Hospital varies, Outpatient 7 Average Phone Consults : 0-5 Average Patients Seen : 0-10 Call Response Time Required : 15 min Admissions : 0-5 Board Certification Required : Yes Board Certification Minimum : Eligible PALS Requires Active Provider License : Licensed in PA only

- Start Date : 2025-12-26

- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 : 30 pm
