Job Description :

• Bachelor's or Master's (preferred) in a clinical field, healthcare administration, business administration or related field - REQUIRED
• Minimum eight (8) years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, audit or compliance, preferably with a multi-faceted healthcare company or academic medical center - REQUIRED
• Experience leading teams and supervising staff - REQUIRED
• Experience with compliance auditing procedures across the spectrum of compliance-related topics - REQUIRED

Experience with risk assessment and audit plan development and continuous life cycle management to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the compliance control environment - REQUIRED
